Refund policy

1. There is NO order cancellation/return once it is shipped or customized based on customer request.
2. If you would like to cancel a placed (un-customized) product order before shipping then 3.5% charges are deductible from the amount paid and the final amount is the refund amount.
   
• This 3.5% is the amount charged by the payment gateway while processing the online payment and should not be considered as cancellation charges.
3. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
